Choose 60 minutes when you want more time for a fuller Deep Tissue Massage or several areas worked on during the same appointment.

You do not need to wait until something is bothering you. Many people book Deep Tissue Massage regularly after a demanding week, training, physical work or simply because they enjoy the way a firmer massage feels.

You and Ross agree where to focus and how much pressure feels right. The longer appointment gives him time to work across several areas without having to concentrate on one small part of the body.

A good option when you are feeling generally tight, worked over or ready for some regular maintenance.

Started going to Ross 6 weeks ago, been having issues with my left shoulder, also have alot of knots and tension in my shoulders and back . First week , my muscles were pretty solid , but they are easing and pain isn't there as much . Ross explains things simply to you and what he is going to do .
This is not a relaxing massage and can hurt at times , but that is needed. So glad I started seeing him and hopefully years of tension with soon be gone .

Really great place!
What I really loved was the professional and individual approach. The treatment was tailored to what my body needed.

And honestly, I could feel the relief after my very first session! Less tension, more relaxed and my body just felt so much better.

Ross was able to design a specific programme for me when I had a significant problem with my knee. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable and was able to help me with movement exercises to support recovery from my knee injury.
